Kalamba News Round Up #17
Hello again! It’s been yet another hive of activity since we last checked in, but things are looking rosy in the Kalambian garden. Just as the days are getting lighter and longer, the green shoots of spring flowers are sprouting! If that’s not enough to cheer us all up, we’ve got more exciting content and company developments to share.
We picked up our polaroid and donned our government-issue sharp suit in Agent 51, our latest slot that delves into the murky world of conspiracies and extra-terrestrial activity. Featuring HyperBonus and K-Loops, you can chase aliens and huge wins in this amazing new sci-fi thriller. We were also delighted to receive the SlotBeats Slot of the Week award in the process!
Getting our feet firmly back on earth, we’ve been busy with our push into the Italian market following last month’s debut. Tamas Kusztos, our Head of Sales and Account Management told Gioco News (in Italian) and European Gaming (in English!) just what people can expect and what we hope to bring to the well-established territory..
Staying in Italy, or at least digitally, we attended the recent SBC Digital Italy event where we were able to provide attendees more insight into exactly what we’re about and the type of content we’ll be providing following our successes in other regions. While not quite the same as seeing our industry friends and potential clients face to face, it was a fantastic opportunity to reach out to those in our newest market. Tamas gained the spotlight again as he spoke about it in an interview with CasinoBeats. Read it here.
Elsewhere in the media, our Head of Games, Andy Sekula, explained his take on mobile-focused slot titles and the development of 5G technology. Asked if the enhancement of mobile tech will enable suppliers to develop more engaging titles and what the vision is for mobile slots, Andy discussed streaming from the cloud and accessible VR. Finally, back at Casa Kalamba, there’s been much consternation surrounding TV cameras, lighting rigs and microphones that have been spotted. In mysterious scenes that wouldn’t be amiss in Agent 51, we can’t confirm or deny their existence as yet, but stay tuned for further updates! The truth will be out there … soon …
