After your appliaction has been reviewed posititve we will give you a short phone call, lasting from 15 to 30 minutes, during which we’ll discuss basic qualifications for and information about a job.
Interview
Fourth step in recruitment
We will call you or invite you to the office for a friendly chat, so you can ask any questions that you might have.
Application
First step in recruitment
We tell you that we’ve received your application, and that we are looking forward to reviewing it.
Assignment
Third step in recruitment
Our process differs for each role, and we will tell you all about how things will proceed. We may ask you to show us what you’ve got in a case study or technical test. After Assignment you will always get feedback from us.
Results
Fifth step in recruitment
After the interview process, it’s time to decide whether this is the right match for you and the team. If we are both ready to begin this new journey together, an offer is presented and if you accept, and the onboarding process begins!
