As we are approaching the end of 2020, we can look back at a very successful year for Kalamba. We are currently in our strongest position yet and are forecasting a 100% business growth in 2020.

The growth has been primarily driven by the introduction of our proprietary remote gaming server, Bullseye, which has made a strong market launch this year despite the disruption caused by COVID-19. We launched 14 thrilling titles over the last 12 months and have also expanded our global reach to now supply content to more than 300 online casinos across the world.

Last month’s game launch Sadie Swift: Guns ‘n Glyphs, a title co-developed with Twitch streamer CasinoTest24 and the result of the industry’s first collaboration with the streaming community, has already been hugely successful with operators and players alike. At launch, our friends at MrGamble ran a four-hour livestream on Twitch to celebrate.

We recently launched a festive edition of one of our most popular games, Griffin’s Quest, and we still have two fantastic releases to come before the end of the year. Feature-filled Goblins and Gemstones will be released on 10th December and Firedrake’s Fortune, which will invite players on an adventure in search of mythical beasts and magical riches, will be launched on 22nd December.

Also, we participated in the first ever SBC slots festival where we ran a tournament across the key titles for us this year including Blazing Bull, Sadie Swift: Guns ‘n Glyphs and Skyhunters. The lucky winners won Amazon vouchers.

We are thrilled to have welcomed a great number of new Kalambians in 2020, with our team now 40% larger than at the beginning of the year.

We have had a fantastic year with several milestones, and we are really proud that the team has achieved this against a backdrop of great disruption.

As we move into 2021, Kalamba’s future looks very bright and we look forward to refining our products and processes with a view to achieve even bigger things next year.
