Tell us a little bit about Kalamba Games?
Kalamba Games is a next-generation B2B casino games supplier founded in December 2016. We operate from two key locations – our studio in Kraków, and our Head Office in Malta. Kalambians number around 60 now and we’re growing all the time!

HyperBet and HyperBonus were designed to give players more control over their gaming experience. HyperBet allows players to adjust the volatility and potential rewards by choosing different multiplier levels, while HyperBonus offers instant access to bonus rounds for super-keen players . We like to think they create engaging, customizable gameplay that caters to a whole range of player types.
Your games have a distinct style and feel. How do you approach designing titles that resonate with different markets, particularly Sweden? Are there specific elements that you find appeal most to Swedish players?
Kalamba’s approach to designing games for specific markets, like Sweden, involves a deep understanding of local preferences and cultural nuances. Swedish players often appreciate high-quality graphics, engaging mechanics, and themes that blend traditional and modern elements. Titles like the Joker series have been tailored to resonate with these tastes, ensuring they align with the thriving Swedish online gambling market.
The ‘Joker’ series has been a big hit. What do you think has made this series so popular, and how do you keep the concept fresh while maintaining its core appeal?
The Joker series combines classic slot aesthetics with innovative features like HyperBet and Cashpots, offering a nostalgic yet modern gaming experience. Its popularity stems from the vibrant visuals, engaging mechanics, and the ability to customize gameplay. To keep the series fresh, we regularly introduces new themes, features, and mechanics, such as Joker Rainbows and Joker Leprechauns, while staying true to its core appeal.
With the growing importance of regulated markets, how does Kalamba balance creativity and compliance to deliver exciting and compliant content?
A big part of how we navigate the complex regulatory landscape is by leveraging our very own Bullseye Remote Gaming Server, which ensures compliance with diverse regulatory requirements. The goal of course is to deliver exciting content without compromising on regulatory standards. This approach has enabled us to expand into multiple jurisdictions, including Sweden, Italy, and the Netherlands.
Mobile gaming continues to rise. How does Kalamba ensure a seamless experience for players on mobile platforms while preserving quality and innovative features?
As you might expect, Kalamba adopts a mobile-first design philosophy, ensuring that all games are optimized for smaller screens without sacrificing quality or functionality.
